The refurbishment of existing seminar room 101A/B to form new clinical inspection / practical use facility, Whelan Building, North Campus. Works comprised of site clearance and preparation works, floor finishes, decorations to new and existing plaster and timber surfaces, new suspended ceiling installation with associated work to lighting, sundry fixtures and fittings and associated mechanical and electrical services.

The refurbishment of main entrance area parquet flooring & refurbishment of corridors consisting of new LED lighting, suspended ceilings and decorations.
