We have recently completed a new build project based in Haydock, the scheme was an NHS Medical drugs storage facility, the project value was 1.4 Million Pounds, the basis of our works consisted of the full design, supplied, installed, test and commissioning of the M&E package including all life safety systems. The project is 320,000 cubic footprint and our containment installation stands at 17m throughout the entire perimeter of the warehouse. We installed a new 1500KVA Distribution system and main switch panel, also new 1500KVA Standby Generator with 2500amp Changeover Switch. We installed a Smart High Bay LED lighting system that has an intelligent operation to detect the “Wireless Guide system” for the fork lift movements for the loading of the racking to stock the medicines and also for energy efficiency. We have installed all systems on time with all works completed in full defect free in our scheduled 16 week programme, all works have been carried out in accordance with all British Standard Regulations and all NHS Guidelines.
