Our brief was to change the previous use of room G150 which was a Technical Laboratory into a Teaching and examination area, the original room was fitted with various pieces of Laboratory equipment associated with the work of Dental Teaching Hospitals, the majority of this equipment had to be carefully removed as the Hospital had donated these and other items to a Third World Country for use in their Dental Units as do many Hospitals in the UK.

The works consisted of, but were not limited to:
Electrical Lighting & Power, Data, Fire, Earthing & Bonding, Mains Distribution, Mechanical, Ventilation and All Building Works relating to the Floors, Partitions, Ceiling and All Sub Mains to include all testing and commissioning. The Programme was a 10 Week Turn round to Strip out all, lighting & Power, Floors, ceilings, all Mechanical Ductwork and Vent, including all domestic Hot and Cold Water Pipework then removal and dispose away from site whilst working through live offices and Corridors.

The Programme was a 12 Weeks Turn round relating to new council funding to upgrade the carbon foot print as a trail across 3 nr existing sites, namely Huyton Library, River Alt Recourse Centre RARC & the National Wildflower Park Court hey Huyton. All IED Sub Contractors & Operatives completed DBS Assessments to work within the Library as the Building maintained their events schedule whilst remaining open to the General Public.

Our Works Consisted to Modernise the new State of the Art Emergency Department Theatres, all works were carried out within a live hospital with all interfacing scheduled to critical dates to maintain full operation of the hospital, we worked closely with the designers and all trades to coordinate our works in a very fast moving project, we completed on time and in line with the NHS programme of 24 Weeks Turn round for 1st Floor New ED Theatres and Roof Plantroom Electrical Installation.
